Sitting snugly in the middle of a 9-hole Gary Player designed golf resort, surrounded by bush and animals such as hippo and impala, lies Moriti Safari Lodge. A family-owned home since 2006, we decided to start sharing our piece of paradise with our guests and not only offer the use of the house itself on an exclusive basis.

The Lodge

The lodge has a double car park that is shaded with ample parking for another two vehicles or trailers. The entertainment area is absolutely gorgeous and very private. A raised deck surrounds the entertainment area and lounge and is framed around an infinity pool that will keep you cool during the very hot summer months. A six-seater outside dining table is positioned perfectly to enjoy outside barbeques on the built-in fire pit. You definitely will not be spending much time inside, that is for sure.

Just off the entertainment area is the open-plan lounge and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and is perfectly separated from the lounge by a gorgeous granite surface and indoor dining room table. The lounge is tastefully decorated and has beautiful leather furniture. Full satellite television is included for any sports fanatics that cannot miss a game. A guest loo can be found just off the lounge.

Large trees keep your privacy and provide ample shade and opportunity to see over 30 bird species that visit the pool such as Purple-crested and Grey lourie

The Bedrooms

The lodge has 3-en-suite bedrooms. A main double room with a queen bed that has a television, walk-in cupboard, safe and a bathroom with a large bath and shower. A double room with two 3/4 beds and a cupboard and bathroom with a shower. A double room with a queen bed, cupboards and a bathroom with a standard size bath and shower.

All rooms have air-conditioning and a ceiling fan as well as access to the outside of the house. They are all tastefully decorated with photos taken over the years in Kruger National Park.
